Can I send a note with my bloombox?

Yes, before checking out make sure to add the personalized card to your cart. You can write up to 150 lovely words you would like to express to your special someone.

I made a mistake with my order what should I do?

Send us an email and we would happily be able to assist you in correcting the mistake. We typically answer within 24-hours. 

Can I cancel my order after I purchased my order?

Yes, however there will be a cancellation fee.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact us by visiting our contact page. We will refund your purchase "OR" replace the original arrangement with one of equal or greater value, at no additional charge to you.

Do you accept Discover?

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.

Is it possible to order a bigger box with more flowers?

At the time being, we only offer the 9-stem rose bloombox but in the future, we will have more options. 

Is the personalized card hand-written or printed?

The personalized card is always handwritten and created with love by us.

What do I do with the box after?

You may create your own personalized bloombox by adding your own roses or any flower arrangement of your liking, as our LIVIE bloombox are specially designed for floral arrangements.

Do I keep the lid on?

We recommend taking the lid off while the flowers are still in bloom.

Does the LIVIE Bloombox have water?

Yes, our bloombox contains water so the roses maintain fresh and vibrant.

How many colors can I choose? Or can I choose a different color?

We have three main colors Classic Red, Ivory, and Blush. If the color you are looking for is not one of these options, you can go ahead and choose the ‘LIVIE Custom-Pick’ option and put in your special request at checkout. We will do our best to try to accommodate your request. Typically, our custom-picked flowers are specially picked by LIVIE. Our selections are seasonal and based on their highest quality and vibrancy.

Can I pick the delivery date?

Yes, but only if you purchase 2-days in advance. We want to ensure the quality and freshness of our roses. Be sure to send us a special request specifying the date you would like to receive your order at the end of checkout.

How are my flowers shipped?

We do not ship at the moment, we only hand-deliver every bloombox in the New York City local area (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn & Bronx) with a hand-delivery fee.

How will I know when my flowers are delivered?

Once delivered, we will send you an email that it has been delivered.

Valentines Day FAQ*

Will my order be delivered on Valentine’s Day?

Yes, orders made before February 13 will be delivered before or by Valentine’s Day.
